Delivery Information and Policy

Where We Deliver

​

  • We proudly deliver to homes, vacation rentals, and select hotels across the Orlando area, including:

    • Orlando

    • Lake Buena Vista

    • Kissimmee

    • Davenport

  • For hotel and resort stays, please confirm with the front desk that they allow guests to receive and hold outside food deliveries.

​​

  • If the property does not allow outside food deliveries to be held, the guest will need to meet us in person to receive the order.

 

Guests Staying Inside the “Magic Bubble”

 

  • Due to property policies, deliveries cannot be left inside certain resort properties.

    • In these cases, guests may choose:

    • Scheduled meet-ups at convenient nearby locations

    • Shipping before the trip to build excitement before the vacation

    • Shipping after the trip to enjoy the treats once back home

  • Many travel agents choose to ship our treat boxes to their clients before or after their vacation as a thoughtful surprise.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Fee

    • Delivery fee: $12, Standard delivery.

    • Minimum order: $25

    • Free delivery on orders over $75

​

  • Delivery Window

    • Deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

    • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as routes are organized based on location and order volume.

  • Delivery Confirmation

    • Home Deliveries

      • A photo confirmation will be sent showing where your box was safely left.

    • Hotel & Resort Deliveries

      • Please confirm with the front desk if they allow guests to receive and hold outside food deliveries.

      • If the Hotel/Resort does not accept outside food deliveries, you will need to meet us at the lobby area to receive your order in person.

    • We will text you when we are arriving.

  • We Do NOT Deliver To

    • Theme Parks

    • Disney Springs

    • CityWalk

 

  • Homes, Airbnbs & VRBOs

    • For deliveries to private residences, additional coordination may be required, including

      •  Being present at the property​]

      •  Providing gate or community access

      •  Coordinating a delivery window if necessary

  • Responsibility After Delivery

    • Once the order has been delivered, Deliada Home Bakery is no longer responsible for the product.

    • It is the client’s responsibility to retrieve the order promptly.

    • We are not responsible for mishandling by hotel or resort staff.

    • Photos of the order will be taken at the time of delivery to confirm condition.

  • Undeliverable Orders (Customer Responsibility)

    • If delivery cannot be completed due to:

    • Incorrect delivery date

    • Incorrect or missing reservation information

    • Guest changed resorts without notice

    • A new delivery may be coordinated without refund, subject to availability.
      Additional delivery fees will apply.
