At Deliada Bakery, we take food allergies and dietary concerns seriously and make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information.

 

However, all products are prepared, handled, packaged, or stored in a shared licensed commercial kitchen where multiple food allergens are present.

 

 

Common Allergens

Our kitchen handles ingredients that may contain or come into contact with major food allergens, including:

  • Wheat / Gluten

  • Milk / Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

  • Sesame

 

Other ingredients or allergens may also be present depending on the product, decoration, filling, topping, supplier, or seasonal offering.

 

 

Cross-Contact

Because our products are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

 

Although reasonable care may be taken during preparation, shared equipment, utensils, work surfaces, storage areas, ovens, mixers, packaging areas, and airborne ingredients may result in unintentional allergen exposure.

 

For this reason, our products may not be appropriate for individuals with severe food allergies, celiac disease, or medical conditions requiring strict allergen avoidance.

 

 

Gluten-Friendly Products

Some products may be offered as gluten-friendly.

 

The term gluten-friendly means that the product may be prepared using ingredients that do not intentionally contain gluten; however, the product is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where wheat and gluten-containing ingredients are regularly handled.

 

Gluten-friendly does not mean certified gluten-free, and we cannot guarantee that gluten cross-contact has not occurred.

 

Customers with celiac disease, severe gluten allergies, or medical conditions requiring strict gluten avoidance should consider this information before ordering.

 

 

Ingredient Information

Custom & Special Dietary Requests

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate certain dietary requests when an appropriate option is available.

However, special requests do not change the shared-kitchen environment and do not guarantee an allergen-free product.

Customers are responsible for informing Deliada Bakery of any food allergies or dietary concerns before placing an order.

When purchasing products for another person, event, office, celebration, or group, the purchaser is responsible for communicating relevant allergen information to the individuals consuming the products.

Because Deliada Bakery operates in a shared kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen.
